How this website handles your information

Last updated October 2026

This page covers metalarkqms.com, the website of Metalark LLC. It does not cover the Metalark QMS software, which each customer runs on systems they control.

Visitor analytics and logs

This site does not currently load any analytics or visitor-tracking script, and the site itself sets no cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, the page requested and when) for security and operations. If we add a visitor-analytics service, we will update this page before it is switched on.

Demo requests

If you fill in the Book a Demo form, the details you enter (name, company, address, phone, email and notes, plus which link or QR code brought you to the form) are delivered by a form-delivery service to our inbox at info@metalarkqms.com. We use your email address to reply to your demo request. We use these details only to arrange your demo and follow up with you.

Videos

Our videos are hosted on YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play.
